Where does Norah Sleep Living ship? We ship to any street address in the United Kingdom.


Are your products stored in the UK? Some of our products are stored in the UK. These products are hand-picked by us and sent to Amazon. We use the Fulfillment By Amazon Service for these, and Amazon stores our products for us in their fulfillment centres. They can typically be shipped within 24 hours. The product listing will show a 'View on Amazon' button which when clicked will take you to Norah Sleep Living on Amazon to complete your purchase.

Many of our products are shipped from international suppliers and typically take two weeks to arrive. These are the product listings with an 'add to cart' and 'buy now' button.

We also curate products on this site which are being sold by other sellers also on Amazon. These are products which are liked by us and in keeping with the stylish design we like. These product listings also show a 'View on Amazon' button which when clicked will take you to the seller's store on Amazon to complete your purchase. We receive a small commission if you make a purchase.

What are your hours of operation? This website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Our customer support team will do whatever it takes to help you LOVE your experience with Norah Sleep and is available Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm GMT. If you have a question, please email enquiries@norahsleep.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How can I find more detailed product information? If a product catches your attention, click on it to visit the product details page. Here you can find images and detailed product specs. Didn't find the information you were looking for? Get in touch with our customer support team, and we’ll find the answer for you!

How do I remove a product from my cart? click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click "remove” below the item name and bam! It’s gone.

How can I check my current order status? To view your order status, log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' page to view what stage your order is at on its journey to you. When your order ships we’ll also send you an email with tracking info so that you can follow it's journey to your door.

How can I edit my shipping address? Shipping addresses can be added, removed, and edited on your Account Information page. Shipping information can also be edited at checkout. Before placing your order just click the pencil icon next to your shipping address.

If you would like to amend the shipping address on an in-progress order, please contact our customer support team and we'll do what we can to help you out.

Unfortunately, a delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. So, before completing your order please carefully review the shipping address.

How do I return an item? We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that occasionally things just aren’t right. If you’d like to return any product (as long as it is not marked ‘Sale’) for a refund, simply contact our customer support team.

If you need to enquire about getting an item replaced or exchanged, please also contact our customer support team.

Why isn’t my tracking number working? We send you an email when your order is shipped, but it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin showing the progress of your order. So, check back a bit later to see your order moving, or get in touch with our customer support team if you need any assistance.
